We were warmly welcomed by the attentive and friendly staff who went above and beyond by offering shuttle service to and from the hotel. The spacious rooms with comfortable futons and amazing garden views were absolutely stunning. The hotel's facilities, including the relaxing onsen and Zen garden, were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was a highlight with a variety of delicious local foods and drinks served with exceptional service.
Can't fault the property in any way.

Beautiful and serene ambiance. Rooms were spacious and clean. The onsen experience was relaxing, perfect for a chilly Christmas Day. The outdoor hot spring was a great cherry on top. The location was ideal, nestled in the middle of nature, with the beautiful and picturesque landscape right outside. We could rent bikes, and we used them to explore and had a great time. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They were always happy to answer our questions and help us out.
The food was fine, but it was not worth the price tag. We had a hard time finding restaurants nearby that were open on Christmas Day, so we were stuck with only having their expensive meals.
